Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription through our billing center at https://openl.lemonsqueezy.com/billing.

Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle ends.

Platform-Specific Subscriptions

Web Subscriptions

  • Managed through our billing center.
  • Valid for web access only.
  • Cannot be transferred to or used on other platforms.

iOS Subscriptions

  • Managed through the Apple App Store.
  • Valid for iOS app access only.
  • Cannot be transferred to or used on other platforms.

Note: Make sure to select the correct subscription for your device, as they are platform-specific.

Refund Policy

We generally do not provide refunds for subscriptions. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Persistent service access issues
  • No usage of the service since subscription

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email
  • Subscription details
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 10 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • For iOS subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted directly through the Apple App Store.
